Oh shoot, I meant to take that part out -- Crystal requested we not refer to 
where in the process this stuff shows up so they have flexibility to put it 
wherever makes the most sense when doing the UX & user flows.

I'll remove that part of that story.  I'm not sure if there are user flows 
ready yet.  Crystal?
