Our v1 API doesn't support it, because we designed the v1 API to only support the MVP product requirements. The MVP product requirements do not include email change. We need a user story and a timeline from product, but here is the issue for auth server support: https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-auth-server/issues/489 z-later until we have at least a user story. -chris
