Edouard is offering to improve the UX of the avatar in the browser, so I came 
up with this today.

It already got the stamp of approval from both Stephen Horlander and John Gruen.

The idea would be to remove the old manual sync toolbar item, and the 
notification bars at the same time as it’s integrated here.

Am I missing any states? Make sense?
