Hi all, TLDR: We're planning on enabling Firefox sync 1.1 migration notification messages will go out to 5% of sync 1.1 users starting on June 15. If you are a sync 1.5 (uses Firefox Accounts), self hosting sync user, or a non-sync user you will NOT see any migration messages.
Rationale: We need to reduce resourcing for the legacy sync 1.1 system in both people and data center resourcing. Reducing legacy support will help move resources onto other higher priority projects. There's a hard push to decommission hardware by late Fall 2015.
