If around 30% of our users are syncing multiple devices, we can assume that a
portion of them will derive some benefit from Synced Tabs.

Some questions:

1. What % of users have left the Sync button in the customize purgatory?
2. More easily, what % of users click the manual Sync button? (impossible to do
when it’s i purgatory)
3. Should we introduce multi-device syncers to the Synced Tabs button by a
doorhanger?
4. Should we introduce multi-device syncers to Synced Tabs by email if they
have opted into Firefox emails?
