There are four FxA settings in Firefox for Android; they are listed at https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/mobile/android/app/mobile.js#959. They should be the same names as they are on Desktop. Could you try updating the relevant settings (if you're just trying for custom Sync, probably you need to only change identity.sync.tokenserver.uri) and then could you try to connect to Firefox Sync *without* using the custom server add-on? |adb logcat| output while you're doing this will help greatly.
