FWIW, I watch all the sync-related components in bugzilla, as well as
the "Server:Firefox Accounts" component, and I try to triage bugs into
the most appropriate place when they come in. Please don't ever
hesitate to file a bug because you're not sure where to put it.
"Server:Firefox Accounts" is probably a good catch-all for bugs in the
FxA experience.

I agree with :markh's assessment that this is an FxA bug, filing aginst
content-server with detailed STR would be great.
