Well, I managed to sync with Thunderbird 2 (2.0.0.24) with that
extension with the syncevo server, on the same machine and with the
addressbook data in Evolution. I don't actually know if syncing
calendar or todos should work for Lightning with that Funambol
extension? But Calendar and Tasks are greyed out in the Funambol
config, so I guess not. Haven't tried with TB3 either so far.

There were some problems with phone numbers and email addresses, since
TB seems fairly restrictive about those, but otherwise things went
well. There was a hint somewhere to use a separate address book for
syncing, so I did that.
