These profiles have always been identical except in their name; that's
why they were merged in 1.0.99.7 (no reason to choose between two
options which are the same underneath).

After creating a config, the original configuration template no longer
matters. If SyncEvolution upgrades change templates in a way that
matters for existing configs, then I try to make it so that old configs
continue to work as if they were new or describe the change in the
release notes.
