Apache Syncope is an Open Source system for managing digital
identities in
enterprise environments, implemented in JEE technology. Syncope
joined the
incubator on February 10th 2012.
Community Development:
Older Syncope users-base is migrating to the new ASF
infrastructure, a
few new
users joined, user@ ML activity is raising.

Also it' important to mention that no new committers have been added.
This is one of the major criterion used to evaluate if the project is
ready to exit the incubator.
You can get the number of subscribed people from the mailing-list if
you are a moderator.
