The feed id is 274392. The metadata instructions say to post a message if you don't have editor privledges. Additionally, I had to make a few changes to the metadata tags in the instructions to get them to pass an XHTML 1.0 Transitional validator, including converting the tag and attribute names to lower case, and self terminating the tags. Someone may want to update the instructions to reflect that.
