I noticed a minor display problem in the detail Action report, the Action list for a feed, and the CreateNote report for my actions (same problem in all places). If I enter two notes on a feed, the first note will appear twice, as if I entered duplicate notes. But if I look at the Notes list for the feed, the second note shows correctly. (See feed 134131 for an example.)
