That feed has quite a few errors. Use the validator to see them:

You'll need to fix those errors before we can even begin to approve it.
That it works in firefox does not mean it's valid. Many tools allow
all manner of errors. We strive to maintain the highest quality of
feed quality. It's required that a feed validate otherwise it would
cause trouble in many readers /other/ than firefox.
If you cannot fix them directly then contact the developer of the
software that makes the feed and ask them to do so. If they need help
feel free to point them to this message and maillist as well as the
validator.
