Hi All, We just rolled out this press release today:
http://www.syndic8.com/press_release.php?ID=2 There are going to be some great opportunities here for the Syndic8 community. In particular, the concept of a "feed collector" or "feed curator" will become a lot more prominent. If you (as a member of the Syndic8 community) decide to become the world expert on CEO blogs, Italian Soccer, Bargain Blogs, or any one of thousand other interesting information spaces, you will be able to create a personal list, push it into a new instance of SpeedReader on Syndic8, and then distribute the new URL far and wide. You, as the curator of the collection, will be able to customize the presentation and share in the advertising revenue collected from the personal information space that you create. It is going to take some time to get this all into shape, but we'll get there, with the first big steps visible later this month. We have a second server up and running to support this new endeavor, by the way. This will all build on the personal list system, as described at http://www.syndic8.com/article/1 . By the way, you will note that the release mentions users and community time and time again. Thanks to all of you, we are doing some pretty cool stuff here!
