An confirmation might be an unwelcome extra step. One would like to think
the act of approving a feed is being done by someone that's put enough
effort into making sure it's ready. This isn't something that should
require a confirmation. We've been relatively easy-going in how we handle
reviewing. We could implement all sorts of extra steps that enforce reliable
reviewing. Thus far that hasn't been necessary (thankfully) because the
reviewers have REALLY done an amazing job.

What might be more useful is an 'undo last action' function. One that let
the person undo their last action as well as one that let an *editor* undo
something else done by accident or obvious error.
