> Can the results from Feedvalidator.org really be trusted? Yes. It's the only validator that's ever tried to remain unbiased AND accurate. Using a term like "trust" is misplaced (at best).

This would have more to do with Blogger than the validator. The atom spec is moving to 1.0. The blogger site has not yet updated their software. This is a blogger issue and isn't unlike one they've had in the past. We found it was best to apply subtle pressure to the blogger folks and politely ask them to update their software. It took a while but they got it sorted out. I'd venture a guess the same thing would work best here. The alternative, marking all the feeds 'bad', would probably end up causing more grief than necessary. > Also, I have notices recently a TON of feeds that don't "validate" and > yet the Syndic8 website is able to poll the feeds just fine and > display the recent headlines. As I pointed out before, skip over the blogger feeds. We'll give 'em some leeway until the blogger folks get their act together and upgrade the servers to support atom 1.0.
