Hi,
I am pleased to announce that we have finally made it. The Media in Transition
Conference is up and running (www.mediaintransition.com ). After a lot of
thinking,
talking and specs about the Media at itselfe and the influence thru the web
Christof,
Oezlem and me decided to host a media conference which brings all those topics
together in one room in Munich / Germany. Our Conference center in central
Munich is
in the Goethe Institute which give us a wonderful great support. (And we will
have 4 Live
Translators (German/ English) - yessa. We have invited, so far, a balanced mix
of
speakers from U.K., Canada, USA and other European neighbors - check out the
full
speaker list on the website. There we will be discussing the structural
transition in the
media industry - how the Internet is modifying the way media is produced,
distributed
and consumed (of course the tools aren`t missing). Check out our speaker list
so far
attending.
So please support our plan and spread the information out in the net thru your
rss,
atomfeeds, blogs or other word of mouth possibilities. That really would help
us a lot.
You are welcome to participate and I would be happy to see as much as possible
syndic8 members in the room to make a network become personal and have
discussions at its best. Just enter the partnercode "syndic8" in the specified
field of the
registration form and we will give you a discount of 20%.
If anybody of you have helpful suggestions or any questions don`t hestitate and
contact
me personal. Questions to the speakers are welcome - just send them via email
to me
and I will take care of them! Hope to see and meet you there.
Best
Matthias
