Hi David!
As you already know you have all my support for this new adventure you're
starting.
I would like to advice you to fork synfig code via github and keep your
local repository updated on your github account. This way it is very simple
for anyone to pull from your branch and merge on the master one, once it is
ready.
As usual, don't wait to ask anything about Synfig code or C++ because be
sure that we would do our best within our knowledge.
Remember that any tiny contribution is very welcome and that Synfig is the
sum of many.
Cheers!
