I noticed the same. I think it affected the newly registered from the last week or so. Very strange that yu needs approval. He is definitely not new...

I just tried to change a setting that said "Set Newly Registered Users group to default:" to /no/. It looks like this can be the issue. Wait a few days and see if the problem is solved. Otherwise i don't know. New user post limit is still set at 1.

The database was updated 13 jan. Perhaps this has something to do with the problems.
