Based on what the checkMasscheckContribs.sh script is doing, I think
that it is critical that contributors have their logs uploaded by 15:00
UTC on the same day it is run. So the run needs to start AFTER 09:00 and
complete with upload BEFORE 15:00
I am not entirely sure what the semantics are of "yes" and "no" in the
2nd list emitted by that script. It shows 8+8 matches to r1931926, but
that revision DID get released. So did 1931934, the latest released
update. So I am a bit confused as to what exactly is happening.
