WRONG! I was WRONG!
Those emails are *WARNINGS* about deficiency, and they stop when that
deficiency has been mitigated for the day.
09:00-23:00 is the correct window for uploading results.
I am not entirely sure what the semantics are of "yes" and "no" in the
2nd list emitted by that script. It shows 8+8 matches to r1931926, but
that revision DID get released. So did 1931934, the latest released
update. So I am a bit confused as to what exactly is happening.
This remains true. But I'm working on it.
