Simply because they're ALL collectible. I have a mix of macs from a Plus
running 6, to an iMac 400 running OSX. There are II's, classics, LC's,
powermacs - and there are features about them all I like. My particular
obsession is case design, and few of the all-in-ones match my love of
pizzabox LC's, and the Quadra 605. But that's just me :D.

Apart from that - they all work. A mid-80's plus is as happy to talk to
a Quadra is as happy to talk to a Powermac. That's some kind of feat
there =).
