I found the Facade init at Classic Mac Addict
<http://lightning.prohosting.com/~classicm/files/Facade.sea.hqx> and
dropprd it into the System Folder.

Without really knowing what I was doing, I pasted the Mac Plus icon I
wanted, into the Facade Icn# resource with ResEdit, gave it a new ID and
re-booted. Magically, the Plus icon appeared where the rectangle used to
be. Nothing ever works that easily!
