hello i was wondering what it would take to make multifinder 32 bit clean, it would be cool to be able to use it with optima.
also i downloaded the boot disks for 6.0.8 from apple and gamba neither worked on my IIci(thanks for the memory help). the computer would not recognize the system folder on the floppy as a startup disk. i happened to find the actual 6.0.8 floppies and when i tried to use the system disk a dialogue box came up " system is in 32 bit mode do you want to switch to 24 to use this disk" or something similar to that. i said yes and it was smooth sailing from there. is there a way to change the mode in sys 7 without going through this headache? and why was the original startup disk the only one to recognize this? thanks again jeff __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
