Have you heard of FaceIt? From Faceware? It has compilers for Pascal, Fortran, C and more. Works on the older compacts, Plus, SE. I have the 5-floppy version 3.3 from 1988 and have had it on the swap list a dozen times (it's in the archives). Very rare, very hard to find now, but it basically creates the Macintosh interface in System 6 for you. Very Mac point and clickish. Pretty intuitive, but helps if you are a programmer.
