Let me jump in here: it's becuase of the little known fact that electrons are 
like sperms. Some are carrying an X chromosome, some are carrying a Y. Since 
the Y is shorter, it weighs less and can swim faster. Same thing with your 
computer: the lighter electrons are swimming by the slow ones, getting the 
messages out of sequence!  :-) (since it's a slow day)
