Exactly! The indoor sucks and outdoor 400 sucks!  Exactly why the outdoor 200 should 
NOT follow suit.

A second (good) source has told me that it's a done deal. And while it's true that the 
system only gets rid of 2-3 guys now, what happens with the 40% increase in athletes?
