Although were I having anything to do with a school board, I'd stay very
far away from testing the "geeks".  Imagine the fun legal case to be had
when as a result of a disputed test, John or Jane Geek was kicked off the
Student Council and their lawyer decides this is the reason John or Jane
didn't get into Harvard or Princeton despite 1500 boards and a 4.0 GPA.

As USATF can well attest, testing costs themselves can just be the tip of
the iceberg...
