100% agreement with Larry (we have no interest in execute diagnostics
either).

An additional reason we don't like BSY=0, DRDY=0 is it
can be confused (or difficult to distinguish) with a ATAPI
device (where BSY=0, DRDY=0 is a normal, no media status)

For ATA devices we still have to wait for the DRDY=1 status
before we can issue the command we REALLY want (Identify Device)
