The dojo has been upgraded to 0.2.2 by jesse. Yes, the constrainToContainer="1" should be boolean,
I forget to change it, but the demo works, do you? I'd like to change constrainToContainer right now.

PS, can you see the FloatingPaneExample page in demo? if that works, than your code could be latest I think. ;-)
