Don't forget that it's not just me, Andy has been very actively developing on the 4.1 release as well =).

Thanks guys for your response.
Sorry to raise the question so soon... obviouslly things have to mature a bit and Jesse must be allowed to take his time in Tap 4.1 so things get clearer.
I am glad for the response thought. IMHO it's what I hoped the direction wouldl be. Basically one strong possibility is that TACOS will become a sort of icing on the cake for Tap 4.1 component wise, right? The core components that any normal UI application  needs will probably get incorporated in Tapestry all with their assyncronos behaviour option... all the rest and the young components in theirs early releases will be in TACOS... seem's very right to me.

Thanks and keep up the good work... in Tacos and in Tap 4.1! Now even more with joined hands than ever before! :-D

Completely agree...
I generally see Tacos 4.1 losing all those AjaxDirectLink, AjaxForm,
AjaxXXXSubmit, AjaxTable
Everything else will get refactored to Tap4.1
Many more dojo components are ... simply anxious to get included in tacos.
Some are so anxious that they're already in Tap4.1
(FloatingPane, TaskBar, TitlePane and DojoDebugConsole) - but i'm not sure
if they should stay there...
