Fine, a good point.

Let me revise my original request:

Can someone update the French, German, Russian and Japanese translations of
the power=generator page and related sub-tags to:
(a) reflect the new tagging schema, whilst
(b) pointing to deprecated tags and
(c) updating the pages for those deprecated tags to note that they are
deprecated, linking to the new tags
