Any tagging scheme needs to account for sites scattered along nameless roads. Short cuts in addressing abound, and any of the following should be enough to get you to the site: "Site 53, Camp Hypothetical" "Room 53, Hypothetical Building" "Apartment 53, Hypothetical Arms Apartments" "Site 53, Camp Hypothetical, Road 10-L"
