That makes sense to me now, sticker could mean absolutely anything. 

Your proposal sounds very similar to wheelmap, which uses OSM to show
wheelchair access to businesses and the like.

You may want to have a look at http://wheelmap.org/en and
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Wheelmap as you can maybe make use of
this?
