 Well, this would qualify a decent number of bike lanes, then, particularly
in Oregon where the minimum lane width in most cases is 2m wide, which will
fit a decent number of motor vehicles.  But even then, I'm not sure the UN
convention necessarily needs to set the bar in this case compared to
practical application, particularly when the convention predates most
on-street bicycle facilities by a large margin.
