there are misleading and should not be used in my opinion.
I would say, why not, with signs being there it complies easily with the
verifiabilty requirement. If you want to say poisonous it is maybe not strong
enough though.
Sometimes the name of the water source is enough .. "Radium Springs" for
instance.
And there is the key 'description=*' .
