There's no sense in power_supply=no + power_supply:socket_type=europlug. Having power_supply=yes indicates that the socket type is unknown, having power_supply=europlug is all that's needed. OTOH, having power_supply:socket_type is consistent with the tags for power, voltage and frequency.
