Just eyeballing it about the same size as the ones they recently installed in the next town over from me: https://www.newson6.com/story/40932988/walkability-project-starts-in-okmulgee (relevant screen grab if that link doesn't work for you: https://i.imgur.com/6aL1aZV.png, the plan shown says "Ø 16.00'", meaning "diameter 16 feet" (~4.88m). The important part is that the median is not physical.
