"Lifeboat" is an ambiguous term -- it even has a disambiguation page on
Wikipedia which lists
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lifeboat_(shipboard) ahead of
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lifeboat_(rescue) .
Favoring emergency=marine_rescue seems sensible to me.
