Going through a proposal process isn't always necessary; you can just document your tag and give it the status "in use". For this specific case I recommend using the tags office=company + company=construction, which are already documented: * https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:office%3Dcompany * https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag%3Acompany%3Dconstruction Personally I wouldn't tag on the office that a company specifically trades precast concrete.
