All,

I am an avid jakarata fan and I have independently developed a tag library
for simple sql scripting.  I was hoping to release it at Jakarta, but I
notice that you already have this project started.

I was wondering how I could get involved and how I might lend some of the
ideas from my project to yours, without breaking anything and without
stepping on any toes.
