It's a pretty simple process. Get acquainted with the DBTags taglib, see what we have
and what we don't.
You will probably submit your ideas to the list. If you get the go-ahead, contribute
code to implement your idea. Assuminq the code is good, I will nominate you as a
committer. I hope it works out for you; I could use the help!
