Also, building the tarball with the package install fails (trying to
read require.txt), so there's some leakage from the host environment -
an existing tahoe installation shouldn't affect what gets built either.
But I gave up on this and just pkg_deleted the old one; python seems to
have this issue in general and it's not clear it's worth the cycles to
fight it.

With adding a 'chmod -R +r' as a post-extract step, the package builds
and works fine as a client.

I've updated the pkgsrc entry for tahoe to 1.9.0.

The new visualizer works nicely (with no third-party refs!!).
