If I may, I'd specifically encourage adding support in the longer term
for ARM64 for *2* cases: Apple silicon & Raspberry Pis (for at least some 
versions).

In both cases it's possible to install Debian on them. I have hopes that
over the next year some of the problems will be made easier, so making this a 
2027
goal seems longer-term than desired but it's probably the right call given 
limited resources.
Someone already has a Tails running on ARM.

For many users this hardware is what they have easily available. Adding Tails 
support for
them would make it easier to deploy Tails in more situations.
