Hi, About one year ago we closed down a forum we had on our website. Our plan was initially to move together with Tor to a new Q&A site. Tails put a lot of error into investigating which Q&A platform would be the best to suit our needs. And of course, no existing solution was perfect and we would have had to do a lot of work to bring any of them to our expectations. In the end, for various reasons all of this didn't happen; and Tor decided to go and create a Stackexchange instance on their own. For the time being, we don't have enough human-resources to follow-up on the extra work such a tool would imply for us. The Tor stackexchange is also quite new and we want to see how things evolve. Maybe some day Tails will have web-oriented support again. But for the time being we simply try to redirect the specific request to the right place: sending people with questions specific to Tor to them, and the other way around.
