Hello,
Telegram had a ton of encryption security issues.
1. They only changed encryption keys every 100 messages or 7 days, not every
message.
2. They used old broken standards to verify the authenticity of messages.
3. They use insecure login methods such as SMS based logins.
Obviously that’s a brief summery of all the things they messed up, but if you
research it, you will find some good reports on the issue.
