Upgrading from a running TAILS 2.12 does not work for me either. I will have to shop for a flash drive that TAILS will accept. Shooting in the dark. I have a bunch of Kingston Data Traveler G4 that I now have to find other use for. Frustrating! And since I have persistent data on the Kingston Flash drives, I have to get exact image of the Kingston to the new "removable"? flash drive before I upgrade to TAILS 3.0 Hope it works
