Once again it depends on what use you think the data is going to be used for. If you're interested in selling tennis court maintenance services then it's useful information. Maybe you're interested in the spatial distribution of tennis courts and their relationship to polo grounds?

I agree with Andrew that marking a building next to a private swimming pool
as anything other than "building=yes", almost always calls for pure
speculation.  Whether it's a pool shed, cabana or outside dunny.
