As far as I know, it is not a classified building (as I recently added
all "Beschermde monumenten" in Niel). So heritage = 4 is not applicable.

No problem. and tx for suggestion, made it the first. I pretty much
did Antwerp and Brussels area now. For Brussels I left the bus stops
alone as I know Jo wants to doublecheck those :) Along the way you
realise that 'designation' errors do not come alone, there are some
really funny designations sometimes. for example:
amenity <http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:amenity>=*toilets
designation=Urinoir*
Now you know where to aim! But most are fairly quickly to fix. Looks a
lot cleaner already in AB-axle
