Oh yes, beside mobile Osmand, I appreciate Web routers much, thanks.
My preference is YourNavigation - Worldwide routing on OpenStreetMap
data <http://www.yournavigation.org/index.php>
That gem supports Goods, Heavy goods, etc. See it.
But not my "as the crow flies" and per stage transport type.
Unfortunately, development stopped and map updates are seldom.
Dev says he wants a computer but he did not reply to an e-mail.

I believe that this kind of routers is the only way for OSM routing to
succeed.
To stop being laughed at, even by contributors at themselves.
But there shouldn't be too many (engines) used as follows.
a) routing gurus make public recommendations to site dev in case of errors
b) the wiki is improved for clarity in parallel
c) mappers can check their doings and correct their mistakes or signal
more software errors
d) map users can file OSM Notes if they arrive at Chamonix instead of
Saint-Tropez
e) the word "fuzzy" is removed from OSM, at least for routing, that is.

Cheers,

André.
